Ordered a Remington 783 bolt head in June 2026. Part was delivered in September 2026. The shaft in the bolt head supplied is .493 diameter. The factory bolt head is .460. There is a notch milled into the factory bolt head which allows the bolt head to slide into the bolt body. The supplied bolt head has no such notch. This will require lathe work to turn the shaft to the right diameter and a milling machine to cut the notch. What I received is a paper weight resembling a bolt head. Totally useless.

Ordered a chamber reamer on 06/09/2023 with a stated lead time of 6-8 weeks. It has been 9 weeks with no communication and no updates. Will not purchase from them again.

Called ahead and made sure the bottom metal I wanted was in stock, they said it was and I ordered it. Three months later I was refunded by the fraud protection on my credit card. These people are a joke, they will lie to you get your money and then never send you the product jerking you around every step of the way. Don’t waste your time, don’t waste your money.

Made an international order to Sweden and am very satisfied with the whole ordeal. Read many forum posts where people recommended this company for acquiring items that are hard to find where I live. Manufacturers customer service also recommended this company and rightfully so. Will buy from PT&G again when in need of scarce as well as popular products. 5 of 5 Stars.
