Pacif Design Group is a SCAM
We paid $18,000 for Pacific Design Group to create an ecommerce store on Shopify. They did create a website and got the store launched, but that was it. Anyone who has created an ecommerce store knows how incredibly involved it is. We were assured that PDG would be there "till the end". They ghosted us, won't answer any emails. I have worked every day for at least 5 hours with Shopify, Meta, Grandranker, and AI to make this store a success. I have had 3 sales since July 24th. THREE. I WILL make it in spite of PDG. They are a scam outfit and we should've known better. But.... I'd like to sue, and maybe will.
