ZERO Customer Service.
It does not work. Their device broke under two months. They literally DO NOT have ANY support. They don't reply to emails, they don't answer the phone and when you leave a message they don't get back to you. EVEN their website does not have an address. This is shady borderline slimy behavior. I will not recommend buying ANYTHING from P3 and I will pursuit this via BBB. This lack of support while charging double the price of competitors is beyond enraging. I will NEVER EVER buy any P3 products.
