I like the way you don't need to register to shop. The checkout process is very easy. I bought a shampoo and conditioner. they were delivered by the post. We were nothome. They called my wife. The parcel was left at the post office for us to collect. Shampoo and conditioner were nicely packed. We recommend this site.

My product wasn't delivered, still waiting... Tracing showed me I wasn't reached at home on 7/2/15. Absolute lie. Didn't receive neither call, visit, e-mail or note left in my mail box. It is already over 3 weeks since I placed my order, so I'm inclined to suspect dishonest dealing. I wasn't even able to find out who actually is supposed to be their shipping company. CORRECTION WITH AN APOLOGY! I recently wrote negative opinion about OZ Cosmetics, however really by mistake. Besides that products are excellent, of really high quality, they also did send my order in highly timely manner, actually in 4 days it has been dispatched. Whole blame lies on delivery company here in Czech Republic, which fact at the time I didn't know. It took me many calls and frustration to eventually receive my order. I finally got it yesterday and would like to express an apology to OZ cosmetics. Regards, Maya
