The first time I ordered from OZ Cosmetics I think it's unreliable at first because they do not have a tracking number they let me wait 5-10 business days for the package to arrive I was impatient and thought it was not coming, but it really came you have to calm down that they really shipped I hope I will come back to this service Thank you so much!!!
