This the worst case I have been true, 1 Month since I order it with Payment, and no shipping no money back. Please do not trust this company, I am sending emails requesting information and they are just sorry about it! I request the money back, and no answer !!!!

I ordered a product way in advance as the arrival date of it was crucial. It took this company for no apparent reason(of course they love to blame on covid...) 13 days!!!!!just to actually go to the post and send my package. It’s nowhere to be seen yet and of course will not even arrive on time. Literally the worst ever experience, really just use someone else and save yourself the trouble.

Pessima esperienza, in pratica neanche una stella si meriterebbero... Prodotti ordinati a fine dicembre e non ancora arrivati, ma il peggio è il problema doganale che ho dovuto gestire io in toto con telefonate fax e chiarimenti... Per poi sentirsi rispondere che il pacco arriverà per metà marzo e che sono obbligata a pagare ancora 35 € perché loro non hanno dichiarato il valore reale... Assolutamente non consigliato

I would like to put no star. But it looks like I can't. I purchased a product through ozcosmetics.com.mx, in Mexico. It was supposed to be delivered 7-14 days later. It's been 3 weeks. I emailed them at their sales@ address, no reply. I was stolen my credit card info from their payment system, and the day after my purchase to them, someone used my card here in Mexico to pay for his med school subscriptions. No reply, credit card info stolen, and no product received. It does NOT deserve even 1 star.

We replied to your email on the same day you sent us the enquiry but you said you didn't see the email. We have issued the refund for your order. All payments are processed securely on PayPal website (not on our website). We can't see customers' card details. You admitted that your bank don't have proof that your card was stolen because of a PayPal's transaction with us. Leaving such an irresponsible review is very unfair to sellers.
