Oxford Gold GroupReviews of oxfordgoldgroup.com

Oxford Gold came highly recommended by couple of radio hosts and they definitely delivered an excellent service. Sam and Derek were very helpful from the start. Since my husband and I had never dealt with buying precious metals, we had a lot of questions. They explained the types of different products the company sells and the whole process of purchasing and follow up calls. They were professional, patient and friendly. I will definitely return to this company due to trust and great experience. Thank you once again, guys!

Great service, very helpful in understanding for a first-time buyer, Sam walked me through the whole process explaining everything. Thank you Sam Steve O.

Sam Firozkar made this experience great!

Oxford Gold's reputation is well deserved. They are extremely professional and efficient, well prepared for everything. Pierre Kim was great from the minute he picked up the phone, and through the final transaction! I now feel better having a portion of my money invested in something real!!

I was very nervous about moving some of my investment into gold because of negative experiences with other investors; however, my interactions with Pierre Kim were always positive and he was very patient with me. When I told him I needed time to research and consider my options, he respected that. He also provided reading material to help me make informed decisions. Questions were answered in language that I could understand, and if I didn't understand his answer, he was kind to reword and repeat his answers until I understood. When making a decision for the type of gold I should purchase, his explanation was so detailed that I was not only confident in choosing the type but also confident in knowing the "why" behind choosing the type. Working with Pierre was comfortable and friendly and I highly recommend working with him and Oxford Gold.

KC walked us through the process without any high pressured sales. She made sure that we understood all of our options. She answered all of our questions --- some of them multiple times. She was very helpful and made the whole process smooth and worry free.

All items were explained thoroughly and there was no sales pressure. Hans insured that every I was dotted and T's crossed.

I dealt with Hans, who was very qualified. He talked TO me not DOWN to me. He was very knowledgeable on every point I asked him. I had total confidence in him. He was very responsive to me and not annoying. I have recommended him and your company to 2 of my friends.
