Ownerrez is the most versatile and customizable booking platform on the market hands down. The real people at OwnerRez are the difference. The product offering for STR owner/operators is great, a good value, and customer service is outstanding if I'm in a jam. Highly recommend OwnerRez!

I used OwnerRez for over five years to manage our short-term rental property in the Outer Banks, and I couldn’t have asked for a better platform. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The platform does it all—website development, CRM, renter agreements, credit card processing, and flawless API integrations with Vrbo, Airbnb, and Booking.com. Communication management was a breeze, and syncing with QuickBooks kept everything organized on the financial side. What really stood out was their customer service—always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. OwnerRez gave us the tools to run our STR business professionally and efficiently, saving time while giving our guests a smooth experience. If you’re looking for a platform that combines powerful features, reliability, and exceptional support, OwnerRez is hands down the best choice. It made running our rental not just manageable, but enjoyable.

OwnerRez has been such a great tool for me and my team. It's user friendly and there are so many great things included! I love working with the hosts who are so quick to help while my team is getting used to working with this system. I know there is so much more that I can do with it and I am excited to learn more about how it can continually help my business!

So many features to this platform. Easy to learn, but if you do need support, it's there. I just had an unusual, multi-step issue come up, and Mike, on the support team, made me a personal video showing me how to resolve my problem. So smooth, and I learned a lot from the video. Thanks, OwnerRez, team!

5+ years OR user hear, doing property management for 13 units integrated to Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, GVR and a few other channels. Once you find your way around, there is nothing you cannot automate. We are using free widgets (search, calendar, reviews) on our popular website for direct bookings. Their servers are so fast. Different processors can be mapped to different units. Email/SMS/Channel templates and triggers are fully customizable with custom codes. When a booking comes, it collects the down payment, schedules other payments, generates the door code, sends the rental contract for e-sign, communicates with the guests using email/text. Owner statements, adjusting the commissions are a breeze. We used 3 other PMS in the past (still using 2 for our own reasons) and OR beats them all in functionality. It does 90% of our job automatically

OwnerRez's customer service is outstanding! For starters, I paid to have them set up my 3 properties, and it was money VERY well spent. They then trained me on what they had set up so I was familiar enough to get started. Any time I have had a question, they have been very responsive, so their communication alone makes them stand out. I've been very happy with the product so far, though I admit I still have A LOT to learn about it!

The support with ORez is amazing. The product is so thorough-literally anything you can think of, this can do. I am also excited to get our VRBO business back! It was lost when we worked with another PMS.
