I placed an order back on November 27 for several items totaling 188.93 it’s was pay tru PayPal but only you failed to ship my merchandise but also I send several emails and made a few phone calls but no one will answer the phone claims that all the operators are busy I gave my name and number so far nobody has called me back very bad business

Misrepresented a “weighted blankets” and I refused 2 of the 4 I purchased and I want a full refund!!! They are NOT as described, and I would NEVER pay that amount for a plain blanket.

I’m giving 1 star because I can’t give you 0 places my order and there is a tracking number but doesn’t show anything and when you go to the web it says that my order may take almost a month!! Are you for real?? And of course there’s no customer service phone # just email which I used and still no answer..
