Purchased hand sanitizer on April 14th 2020. After 3 weeks not hearing anything regarding my shipment I started to reach out to them via email and never received a responce. Then I tried the phone and you cant leave a message. I have now filed a claim with my credit card company. Do not do business with them.

Everything is bought off Aliexpress. Communication sucks, and will take weeks and weeks to get anything you purchased to arrive. Just go to Aliexpress and order it directly for less and then wait. At least the wait is cheaper that way.

It has been the worst experience for me to order sanitizer from this place, It is more than 50 days since i ordered it but haven't received anything yet. No updates from the customer service as well, they just respond on the email and always share the same information that my package is in transit. I would not suggest anyone to buy stuff from this place. I regret not checking out the reviews before ordering , but now i realize there are many people like me who are in the same boat.

I ordered hand sanitizer from them. The ad said it was in stock ready to ship. I never received an order acknowledgement email only one from paypal stating that my account was charged. I emailed them asking for a status but received no reply. All my emails are now returned undelivered. This company is a fraud. Stay away!
