OverBookedReviews of overbooked.io

The entire overbooked team has been absolutely outstanding in helping us grow our photo booth business. The team is readily available when we have problems arise, the CRM is easy to utilize and has been a gamechanger in our business operation. Without the guidance of Svet and Bibi, our business would be nowhere near where it is now and I can't wait to continue to scale with their help!

Working with Svet, Bibi, Tia and Justin at Overbooked has completely changed my Photo Booth business. Their system, guidance, and support helped me grow far beyond what I ever thought was possible. If you follow the system, stay consistent, and put in the work, there’s no reason it won’t work for you too. Truly grateful for everything they’ve taught me and continue to teach me and my partner! -Elijah and Jamie SnapCrafters Photo Booth

I ran my photo booth business for an entire year and only brought in about $4K. It was frustrating because I knew the demand existed but I just didn’t have a reliable way to generate consistent bookings. I was posting on social media and relying on word of mouth. I did try some paid ads but with no success on my own. The following year, I decided to work with the OverBooked team, and that’s when things really turned around. In about 8 months, I hit 6 figures in sales. The biggest difference was having a real system in place. They helped me dial in everything from a high-converting website and ad strategy to a structured sales process with proven scripts, follow-ups, post even campaigns and so on. What’s even more wild is that I hit these numbers while having a full time job. the leads kept coming in consistently - some days I’d see 7–10 new inquiries which was a challenge with my limited time during the days. But the system works 100% And this journey has been a complete shift for me, not just in revenue but in skillset. The marketing and sales knowledge I’ve gained is something I can carry into any future business. I’m genuinely glad I took the leap and committed to the process - but to be clear, this isn’t a shortcut. If you’re not willing to put in the work, learn, and adjust how you approach sales, it’s probably not for you. The system works, but it requires consistency and effort like anything else worth building. Your results will always reflect what you put into it. I strongly recommend the team to anyone serious about leveling up their business. Good luck to y’all, KJ

I’ll be honest: I was the biggest skeptic. We’ve all seen the "get rich" scams, and I was really concerned of wasting money I didn’t have. But after doing my homework and jumping on a call with the Overbooked team, I decided to take the leap. The craziest part? I didn’t even own a Photo Booth when I signed up. My plan was to use Overbooked’s lead generation to book enough gigs to actually buy my equipment. It felt like a stretch, but it paid off immediately. In my first year, I cleared nearly $150,000—way beyond my wildest expectations! Even when life got messy—I broke my ankle and was sidelined for a month—the system didn't stop. I actually struggled to keep up with the volume of leads coming in while I was recovering! If I had been 100% healthy, those numbers would have been even higher. Why it works: The Tech: Their Google Ads management and website build are elite. The CRM: I switched from HoneyBook, and the difference is night and day. The automation and organization in the Overbooked CRM actually give me my time back. The Support: Even with a sales background, their techniques sharpened my edge. As a new mom, I needed something that wasn't just a "side hustle," but a solid, scalable business. I am forever grateful for this team. If you’re on the fence, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to share my experience!

The company is doing well with mentoring, communication and definitely with helping me reach my goals. Until I started working with them, and implementing by putting in the work their program has elevated my business to the next level, which I was unable to do on my own.

Extremely impressed with the Overbooked team after my first 2 months. We were able to get 19 events booked which is a massive improvement from where we were. Excited to continue to grow and scale now that we have a marketing system that is actually working! Thank you team!

Investing in Overbooked was definitely a good move for our business. Before working with them we had mainly been trying to get leads through social media. We made a little less than 5k our first year in the business, mainly just struggling to get leads. After 3 months of working with Overbooked we had generated over 20k in revenue. Getting alot of higher paying clients like corporate events definitely helped with that lol! We were super impressed with not only the volume of leads, but the quality of the leads as well. Overall the support throughout has been incredible. Would definitely recommend going with Overbooked if you are serious about growing your business.

Working with the Overbooked team has been a game changer for our business. We’ve been working with them for nearly two years now, even before the current platform was rolled out, and there’s no way we would have scaled as quickly without their systems, coaching, and ongoing support. What really sets them apart is that they don’t just offer ideas, they provide proven, step-by-step systems that actually work. From branding and lead generation to follow-up and closing strategies, everything is built to help you operate more efficiently and at a higher level. Since working with them, we’ve gone from booking $300 photo booth events to consistently securing events over $4,000, along with a steady stream of quality leads and reliable revenue. The coaching has been just as valuable. Anytime we’ve needed guidance, the team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us grow. You can tell they care about the businesses they work with. If you’re serious about scaling your business and want a clear path instead of figuring it out on your own, I highly recommend Overbooked.
