OutsourceRecruiter.comReviews of outsourcerecruiter.com

I just hired my first e-commerce manager through Outsourcing, and the experience has been excellent. The team is very knowledgeable, responsive, and always quick to answer my questions. From the very beginning, they took the time to ask me in detail what I was looking for and the type of candidate who would be the right fit for my company. Both candidates they presented were strong, but I was able to find someone who really matches what I need. I feel supported throughout the process, and it truly feels like I have a reliable team behind me. I’m super excited about this hire and already looking forward to bringing on more people with Outsourcing. Highly recommend, it’s been a great experience!

This company surfaced top notch candidates. I was doubtful, but can honestly say, best decision!

We've worked with Outsource Recruiter twice now to find our two amazing VAs, and both experiences have been seamless. They made the entire process incredibly easy, stayed communicative throughout, and truly understood what we were looking for. Most importantly, they delivered quality hires! The VAs we've brought on have been a huge asset to our team and have significantly boosted our overall efficiency. Highly recommend!

The interviewer was impressively by-the-book—like, the book might as well have been glued to her hand. She showed zero interest in the candidates' experience, barely listened, and threw questions like she was conducting an interrogation, not a conversation. Truly the gold standard of engaging dialogue. She cut me off while I was talking and sounded sarcastic when I asked her to repeat the questions. She didn’t even seem interested in creating a warm or meaningful interview experience. If that's the kind of interview she conducts on a daily basis, it could seriously impact your business—especially considering your company is in the recruitment industry.

Outsource Recruiter has done a great job, they exceeded expectations with the person they sourced for us. Would definitely recommend and we would work with them again.

Thanks for curating the best talent available and making the process of adding new team members to our company a breeze. Highly recommend outsource recruiter if you want to be fed top candidates for which to select the best fit person for your role.
