I would like to update my comment from yesterday, the battery that I received was bad. This morning I called Exothermic Technologies and they are sending me a new tested battery. I also received a call back from Outside the Docks and talked to Jason. He offered to send me a replacement or refund me. I said no that's OK. I don't want to double dip. I just want to say that the customer service from both of these companies are top notch. Thumbs up to both of you! Terry, Cornell, Wisconsin.

Hi Terry - I’m really sorry about your experience - please reach out to us so we can send you a replacement or refund you. We will make it right for you. Thanks! -------------------------------------------- Update - 3/3/23: Terry - thank you for the chat this morning. I am glad you reached out to the manufacturer and they confirmed the batch of batteries were bad and that they are sending you a new one. Great Due Diligence! :) If that by chance does not work out with the new battery, please feel free to reach out and I will have my product team work on it with the manufacturer. It does seem that they are sending you a tested one though. Thanks again for the business - and I hope we see you as a valued customer in the future... Jason Jason
