This is my first time shopping with your brand. I’m quite pleased with my first order as it arrived in only a few days. This was a relief considering I’m hosting a “man day” at my place and I wanted to add some flare to our shooting range event with the rim fire exploding targets I found on your site. Keep it up. Keith

Edit; initially I was upset at the quality of the product and difficulty find a return option. After contacting the company, they were very quick to respond and even issued me a full refund without having to return the product. Excellent customer service!

Hi Daniel - I am sorry you had an issue. I am going to reach out to you to see where you ran into problems. We would love to convert this 1 start to a 4 or 5 star if possible. Customer service is really important to us and we want to make sure all of our valued customers have a great experience - as well as great products. Look for my call. I appreciate the feedback as well - negative or positive - it helps us grow as a business. Jason ------------------------------------- Update: 4/1/22 (not an april fools joke) :) Thank you for working with me on this. I have refunded your full order with no need to return the items to hopefully make your day easier without going through the return process. Thank you for the order and I hope I converted you to a valued, happy customer :) Jason ------------------------------------- Thank you so much Daniel for revising this! If there is anything else you need or any products you would like, please feel free to reach out! :) Again - we appreciate it!! Jason
