Excellent customer support and great tool!
I have been using this service for my scraping tasks, specifically for Google Maps data. Great Tool and Support

Customer support is fast
I made a credit purchase but for some reason I didn't receive it, so i texted customer support via the web chat-box widget and spoke to Allen. He was extremely fast & polite, Identified the issue and resolved the issue and deposited the credit to my account.

Finally, a transparently priced scraper
Scrapers can get expensive and many are vague or just plain lacking in price transparency. I feel like i struck gold finding Outscraper. Not only does it have more filtering options than the Apify version i was using, but it estimates cost of a scrape before executing. That feature alone makes it worth using. Support was fast and informative. They didnt bounce me to an outdated wiki, they instead answered my questions directly.
