OutscraperReviews of outscraper.com

The team is very communicative and supportive. The chat feature is helpful and their team is quick to respond. The data Outscraper can help me gather and scrape is great, but the customer service is why I continue using them the most.

excellent ! thanks

Honestly, OutScraper has been one of the best tools I have come across for pulling business data. 😊 Every data set I have gotten has been clean, accurate, and exactly what I needed. But the reason I am writing this review is because the support team blew me away. I had a billing concern come up and they were on it immediately. Not a bot, not a canned response, a real person who was supportive, reassuring, and genuinely wanted to help. They resolved everything quickly and I walked away feeling like they actually care about their users. The product is great. The people behind it are even better. If you are on the fence, stop thinking about it and try it 👏👏

TRUE GEM: really kind and human help in user's support, the person (Jonver) interested in solving particular problem, exceptional in today's world. they have my most serious and sincere recommendations! p.s. producthunt is currently experiencing issues in the review section

The support and the data is very good especially around the maps information

It was great! I really like their Google Maps Scraper and the fact that it allows you to select the specific zip codes. It works really well. They also have great customer service Jonver helped me quickly.

I used the chat and it worked out well. All questions were answered.

I’ve been using Outscraper to fuel the database for my local directory project, and it has been a total game-changer. If you are building a site that relies on accurate, up-to-date local business information, this is the most efficient way to get it. What stands out: Data Accuracy: The Google Maps scraper pulls everything you actually need—emails, social media handles, and phone numbers—not just the basic business name. Integration: It plays incredibly well with Zapier. I’ve been able to automate the flow of data directly into my website, which saves hours of manual entry. Scalability: Whether you’re targeting one specific town or an entire coastal region, the ability to filter by category and location is precise and reliable. The Bottom Line: For anyone using a platform like Brilliant Directories, Outscraper is the missing link. It turns the daunting task of "filling the map" into a streamlined, automated process. It’s worth every penny for the time it saves.
