Emily really cared about working with me and making things seamless. It ended up being an excellent fit job for me!

Recruiter stood me up. After saying she had “computer trouble” and that she’d be late to our call, she never messaged me again. Complete ghosting.

Elise was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient in responding during my interview process. She provided great opportunities for me to review and I ultimately accepted a new position at one of them. Highly recommend!!!

I recently worked with OutScout, and it has been by far the most positive hiring experience I’ve ever had. What made my experience great was the combination of professionalism, support, and genuine care I received throughout the process. From the very beginning, my recruiter (Cameron) was knowledgeable about my field and gave me a clear idea of how he could help me. He not only explained the potential role thoroughly, but also coached me on how to present my background in the most effective way during interviews. OutScout excels at balancing the needs of both the candidate and the employer. They advocate for you in a way that feels supportive yet also aligns with the hiring company’s goals—creating a process that feels honest and mutually beneficial. Every step of the way, I felt guided, prepared, and encouraged. The conversations I had with my recruiter were a blend of support in alignment with the company's needs (a logistic approach) and career coaching (simply helping me feel confident and practiced in presenting myself); this made all the difference. To be honest, I started this process as a skeptic. I've had previous, negative experiences with recruiters and I began my work with OutScout with very low expectations (nothing to do with them, everything to do with this rough economic and hiring environment). Over the course of a few months, OutScout proved to be patient, sincere, and capable. Even when I was hesitant to take their advice at first, I later found their perspective invaluable and did a complete U-turn to welcome their guidance. I leaned into the warm and reassuring support that I now see as the hallmark of what OutScout offers. The outcome speaks for itself: I landed a role with a company I truly love—one that blends the software expertise and scientific rigor I had been hoping for. This is no small order! OutScout helped me find the perfect next step in my career, and I’m absolutely grateful and thrilled with the result! I would encourage anyone approached by OutScout to be open to working with this team. They are honest, proactive, and supportive, and they will help you find a role that truly fits. They will also be honest if something doesn't fit: which is important for anyone who aims for true alignment and something more than a quick fix. I am highly recommending OutScout directly to colleagues who, like me, hold high standards and want to do meaningful, impactful work. I read a lot of reviews before I do anything and I realize this review may sound overly positive and gushing with compliments: OutScout absolutely earned this. They're the real deal. Thank you, OutScout!

OutScout was extremely helpful in my process of interviewing, vetting, and thinking through options. Cameron was always very responsive and transparent throughout the entire process!

In my search for a marketing leadership role, Emily Walsh at OutScout stood out immediately. Unlike typical recruiters who skim resumes and send generic opportunities, Emily invested time to truly understand my executive strengths and career aspirations. What made the difference? Emily really listened. She connected me with a role that matched not just my skills but my leadership style and ambitions. Before interviews, she briefed decision-makers on my specific value proposition, ensuring meaningful conversations from the start. Emily’s approach extended beyond simple matchmaking. She provided candid feedback, strategic guidance during negotiations, and maintained transparent communication throughout the process. For executives tired of surface-level recruitment, Emily Walsh and OutScouny deliver something rare: personalized recruitment backed by genuine relationship-building that gets results. My new role I just started in is proof.

I appreciate the experience I had. It was very straightforward and clear. I was looking for an executive level role & Outscout did an excellent job. I love the role I was placed in & I enjoy the work that I do everyday. I highly recommend working with Elise at Outscout.
