Buyer Beware "Purchased - CPU for 396.33 - realized before I received in the mail that it was not what I needed and called to hopefully stop order from shipping. Order was in the mail...got RMA # same call and shipped back to them NDA the moment I received...order and return placed December 10, 2017....never received refund. emailed and asked about refund and was told there was an accounting mix up and they asked for a # they could reach me so they could sort out. Gave number and have never heard back....even sent another email asking if I should just rack this up as a rip off....not response....it is now May 1, 2018....."

"I bought a brand new CPU from this company. But they sent me a used CPU. So, I returned it immediately after filling out their RMA. But they only gave me a partial refund. They don't sell anything, they send garbage to force you to send back in order to keep some money for restock. I do not recommend using this company in the event you get a defective product and above all to buy from it."

I ordered NAME CODE QTY PRICE Refurbished HP 8570P i7 3520M, 8GB Ram, 500GB HDD, DVD-RW, Windows 10 Pro (Shipped) USPS Tracking Number: UA627815822US HC7355 1 482.37 Subtotal 482.37 Shipping 471.49 Tax 0.00 Grand Total 953.86 but they shipped me a packege containing $PIN MOEX TO 6 PIN PCI CONN worth 1$ contacted them but no responce and money debited from my card.

If you order on line from OutletPC on line and the idem comes not working you pay to sent it back. And you will not be refunded for shipping.

When I ordered my parts from the OutletPC everything came in late, even though I got everything for a decent price. When all my parts came in I had about 80 bucks in rebates which were never used because THEY DON'T EXIST. Crap website full of empty promises. Never shopping here again.

if you are ordering parts from them thinking you will save more money after you send in the rebates think again. They are not rebates they are coupons and you can only use one per transaction. so really you can go to any other site and get a true rebate "money back" and save more then using outlet pc.
