Ineffective; failed to gain a deep understanding of our services
Outerbox has great staff and was very responsive when Prohashing worked with them between January and June 2021. Their customer service was excellent and everyone I talked to, including my case manager was very friendly. The software they used for communicating with clients works well. Unfortunately, their paid advertising was ineffective. After five months of advertising and $30,000 spent, the number of people who actually started mining at our mining pool was probably fewer than 30, earning us less than $10,000 in profit. While the company appeared to have adequate knowledge about general aspects of Google Ads, Outerbox did not seem to invest enough time to gain a deep understanding of mining. Not only did they fail to gain a technical understanding of how mining works, they wasted money advertising for other topics. For example, the word "Huel" was used as a keyword, even though a cursory examination of mining concepts would show that Huel is a nutritional food supplement that I had written an unrelated blog post about. As expected, people who searched for "Huel" read the blog post and left without joining the mining pool. The fact that Outerbox would advertise on such an obviously unrelated keyword demonstrates outright laziness on the part of their employees. Until Outerbox has proven that they are willing to devote the effort to gain the required deep understanding of its customers' services, I cannot recommend them.
