The customer service was fantastic, and the product we received was what we ordered and wanted. The manufacturer was very backordered and didn't make Outdoorsiness aware until well after our order was placed, so it was frustrating how delayed the delivery was in the end. However, your rep kept me apprised of the situation, was very patient with my numerous inquiry emails, and was usually very quick to respond! If the communication had not been so good, I would have cancelled the order and looked elsewhere. Thank you to your rep that handled our order - and the rest of the Outdoorsiness team - for stellar customer service!

I am so happy to be able to write a review for Outdoorsiness! Everything about your company and your product was perfect. I needed 6 pool chairs for my son's wedding on June 12th. I started looking to order them about 3 months ahead of time, but soon realized that every company was back logged due to COVID, except Outdoorsiness. I loved the fact that I could actually call your company and talk to someone about my order. I spoke a real live person, who assured me that the company could have them manufactured and delivered by the first week in June. They did indeed come in time! They were extremely well packed and covered in blister pack wrapping for protection. The light blue mesh color with white trim looks fantastic next to the pool and completed the decor for my son's outdoor wedding. The chairs are very sturdy and extremely well made.
