They have no exchange policy so one is Forced to return an item and Re-Purchase. in addition to the inconvience! .. They charge a 20% restocking fee!!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL to rip people off- if your not implementing an exchange policy, whay take more money from a customer to return an item?! WHO DOES THAT?!
