I have used Out-Grow several times now and I feel inclined to review. Out of several transactions, 1 had a small customer service issue. After an email and a couple pictures sent, they took care of me with great customer service. I highly recommend their 3 pound rye bags. Every company makes a mistake, it is how the customer service follows up that makes a difference. These guys did a super job.

Overall a fine company to do business with.. Shipping is slow though. 10 days on my last order. I've ordered several products and some are good and some are duds. The all in one bags do not work well. Not worth it. The grain jars are good but rye bags wont germinate. All with the same spores and even re-inoculated with a liquid culture but I think it was too late.
