Doug P.
Unethical owner
I was recently rear ended by the owner, Dean Skupen, while on a freeway onramp in LA at rush hour. Dean lied to his insurance company saying that I merged into him, even though I was at a complete stop, have a witness and all the evidence points otherwise. If this is his personal conduct, I would think otherwise about doing business with him.
