My experience thus far has been the same as others; i invested 50k 3 years ago and haven't gotten a single explanation for why the fund is dead. They keep asking for my banking information (which they already have) and im hoping it's not fraud, simply incompetence.

An overwhelming majority of their offerings have gone down the toilet. Out of about a dozen 0offerings I have invested in, about half have shut down, one I received my money back, and I have little hope for the reaining. They talk up their investments by participating in secondary offerings of successful private companies, taking 20% of your profits. But the history of their own "start up" recommendations is poor. Customer service is lacking as well. Been trying to get funds released that they are holding for three months now and cannot.

A slick capital-raising machine with devastating outcomes for investors
OurCrowd presents a broad and constantly expanding range of "pre-vetted" startups, funds, private credit, private equity and other alternatives, using slick language about exclusive access and investing "with confidence."
In my view, it now looks less like selective investment management and more like a capital-raising operation for almost anything that can be packaged as a private-market opportunity.
The idea of "democratising" venture capital and allowing smaller investors into a world previously dominated by institutions sounds appealing. In my experience, it has been disastrous. It gives smaller investors access to the extreme risks, illiquidity and losses of venture capital, without the influence, information or downside protection that larger institutional investors may have.
Over more than 10 years, my experience has been devastating losses across several investments. Limited partners provide the capital, pay management and administration fees to OurCrowd, have virtually no control, and receive no meaningful protection when companies fail, later funding rounds gain priority or impressive paper valuations collapse.
OurCrowd earned its fees while I carried the real losses. Its polished marketing and highlighted success stories did not remotely match my actual experience.
I would never invest through OurCrowd again.

Can you rely on OurCrowd...
When dealing with very high-risk investments with little due diligence info available, reliance on the platform for deal selection and information/transparency is critical.
Just made a loss on an investment facing a very dodgy situation - material asset sale without basic details shared, no business update, voluntary wind-down at a massive discount after a year...without getting clarity and updates along the way, ignoring my emails many times.
There were no info rights in this case, so can't complain in theory, but to me this experience shows that I can't put much reliance on OurCrowd...getting back to my first point, without any of that, it becomes like gambling.
Made my other investments 3-4 years ago and haven't seen any return yet (but NAV adjustments for fees, this I've seen...)...let's see in the next 1-2 years if I'm lucky with the gamble.
