The customer service at Oud Wood Vietnam is truly exceptional. I reached out with a few inquiries, and the response was prompt, informative, and courteous. The team demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction, going above and beyond to address my concerns and provide the necessary assistance. This level of professionalism and responsiveness greatly enhanced my overall shopping experience.

They look legit but unfortunately they just aren't. They advertise genuine Vietnamese agarwood, but when you end up getting smells like glue. They say they take refunds. I will update if that is so. But I tend to doubt it when they have the audacity to send complete trash. You have been warned. I tried contacting them but they didn't respond.
