We’ve had a great experience working…
We’ve had a great experience working with Otterz, but what stands out most is that they operate very differently from a typical accounting firm. They take real ownership. It doesn’t feel like a transactional relationship where you have to chase your accountant. The team is proactive, responsive, and genuinely invested in getting things right. They also bring a strong, merit-driven culture to how they operate. The people you work with are sharp, detail-oriented, and held to a high standard. That shows up in the quality of work and the speed at which things get done. Another big differentiator is their use of AI and systems. They are clearly thinking ahead of where most firms are, and you can see it in how they automate processes, surface insights, and reduce manual back-and-forth. That said, they do expect structure and responsiveness from clients as well. This isn’t a passive, hands-off service where you can disappear and expect everything to magically happen. If you engage with them properly, the experience is significantly better. Overall, Otterz feels more like a partner than a vendor. If you’re looking for a high-quality, forward-thinking team that will push things forward and hold a high bar, they’re a strong choice.
