Excellent Company
All 8 bracelets I’ve gotten from them have been flawless and their customer service is absolutely fantastic when I needed a different size. Plus they donate to save Otters 🦦 definitely will continue to spend my crystal budget with them

I would not hestiate to order from this company again and again.
The items I ordered were absolutely beautiful. The stones are of good quality and the pieces are well made. There was an issue with one item but their response to my query was quick, friendly and professional. It was resolved to my complete satisfaction and my opinion of this company has gone up even further.

Beautiful products
I have ordered several times from otter spirit. The bracelets are beautiful and well crafted. I stack them and wear them daily. I love them. I have to keep reordering because my granddaughter asks for one every time I see her!!! We both love them!!

Great company and product
I have ordered a number of bracelets from Otterspirit. I'm generally really happy with them - once the color wasn't what I was expecting. I contacted them to initiate a return, and Sonia offered to send me a replacement in a different stone free of charge, and to keep the one I didn't love or to give it away. I was so impressed by this - really made an impression on me.
