I am so in Love with this company I've been newly introduced to. I am an Astrologer and am always looking for crystals I can wear that aren't to eccentric, more down to earth, my style, just wearable looks i can use everyday even when going out with friends also for my videos I do on my Social media.. Here are a few of my new necklaces I've adorned in my most recent videos. LOVE LOVE LOVE them .. their pieces are so affordable and priceless at the same time...they also come in sets which is so key for me. In my videos I am wearing Lapis Lazuli (blue) Selenite in the one with my black and white shirt and Golden Tiger Eye in the final one. I purchased a couple of bracelets this past Spring. They came beautifully boxed , and I loved them immediately. I loved that the company donates to Otters. As I was putting my bracelets in this morning, one broke. I was so disappointed and heartbroken. I reached out to their customer service and explained what happened and that I was getting ready to put in a large order for Christmas gifts , but now I was hesitant in doing that , If they break easy. They explained to me that it was under a 2 year warranty and they would be happy to replace it upon receiving a picture of the broken. Bracelet, which I sent . They are replacing it right away. I was so impressed with customer service for answering my email right away, and their caring attitude. I feel confident now in ordering from them in the future. Thank you Sonia for all you help !!

I made a mess on my first order and reached out to request an exchange before shipment. Jen on their customer service team handled things for me and was a pleasure to work with. Honestly, their customer service is amazing. Their crystal bracelets are just beautiful. Absolutely gorgeous. They provide the source of the stones, which I appreciate being environmentally conscious. On top of that, my order arrived quickly, which I really appreciated since two of the bracelets were gifts. I highly recommend OtterSpirit! Since placing that first order, I've come back and purchased one more as a birthday gift for a friend. She loved the bracelet!
