Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I discovered Otter Spirit through Shea Pila on YouTube and, three orders later, I seem to have developed a small gemstone situation. 😂 I recently had an unexpected customs charge and contacted Otter Spirit for help. Jen was brilliant. She explained everything clearly and was so friendly that instead of being put off ordering again, I now know how to avoid the same issue in future… and promptly placed another order. 😂 Sonia has also been absolutely lovely. It’s refreshing to find a company whose customer service feels genuinely warm and human. Beautiful jewellery, lovely people, and every bracelet helps support otter conservation too. 🦦✨ Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My bracelets from Otter Spirit arrived…
My bracelets from Otter Spirit arrived just yesterday, all done up in absolutely gorgeous packaging. I'm so impressed! I ordered the selenite, moonstone, and rainbow tourmaline, and I'm thrilled. Next time I might order the next size up, but that's on me. They're still comfy on my wrist and look lovely. Note to other Canadian residents that there might be some charges at the door from coming through Customs. Still, totally worth it in the end. Did I mention I love my new bracelets?!

This company is wonderful. I made an order mistake and they fixed it 1000% without my even asking. The responses were kind and personal. The bracelets are a lovely quality and…
The bracelets are a lovely quality and there’s a lot of variety. I appreciate the packaging of the items as well. However it’s the excellent customer service that stands out. In all my interactions I have had they provided prompt and thoughtful responses. Highly recommend!
