Great boots

I had high expectations for Osstone Boots based on the presentation and marketing, but the actual experience was extremely disappointing. After only a single day of normal wear, the boots caused severe rubbing and irritation to the point that my feet were literally bleeding. A boot designed for extended wear should, at minimum, be constructed with enough consideration for comfort and basic ergonomics to avoid injuring the customer within hours of use. What made the experience worse was the company’s handling of the return. I returned the boots immediately due to the condition they caused, yet the seller deducted nearly $90 as a return penalty, issuing only a partial refund. Being charged that amount after receiving a product that was physically painful to wear feels unreasonable and deeply customer-unfriendly. Equally troubling is that this harsh return policy was not made sufficiently clear or prominent at the time of purchase. Policies carrying substantial financial penalties should be disclosed upfront in a transparent and unmistakable way, not discovered after the customer is already dealing with a failed product experience. There are many companies making durable, comfortable boots with fair customer service standards. Unfortunately, based on my experience, Osstone Boots failed in both product quality and post-sale customer care.

Ganz schlechtes Retourenverhalten. Warte seit 2 Wochen darauf, dass die Rücksendung im Warenhaus geprüft und an Osstone kommuniziert wird. Ist jetzt ein Fall für PayPal geworden…. Obacht vor diesem Shop…seit 2 Monaten keine Rücküberweisung des Kaufbetrages, trotz bestätigter Retoure. PayPal ist keine Hilfe gewesen, da die nicht für Retoure-Problematiken zuständig sind. Absolute Vorsicht beim Handeln mit Osstone.com- Kundenscamming

Do not buy from this company. I purchased boots but they came in the wrong size. American shoe sizes remained on the page despite changing the location to Ireland and Euros. In the last two weeks they have not responded to any ANY email enquiries on how to return the boots for refund or exchange. Very disappointing experience. UPDATE I received my refund minus €50 shipping for delivery and return. I'm now down €50 with no boots. Painful experience. Lesson learned - will not buy anything from Osstone.

I purchased a pair of boots 25 days ago. And I still have not received them. I have emailed them and they just said “ they will arrive “ But now they won’t even answer my email. My advice is don’t buy anything from them. They are quite possibly a scam company.

I’ve a had my shoes for a while now and the quality is still great, the quality is authentic. It fit perfectly and delivery was on time
