They literally just locked me out completely and refused to answer a single message. Absolute robbery. I had actually tried to escalate the matter to an international level with no response of course because these people do not care once they have you trapped. Well, anyway before they went completely dark on me I just had this incredibly sinking feeling in my stomach about this site and I told them I wanted to close everything down and they replied by instantly freezing my balance and demanding an aggressive closure fee to be paid out of pocket first. It makes zero sense to ask me to send fresh cash just to get my own cash back. Just a complete joke. I ended up submitting a complaint to the 'Advocacy-INT' because sitting around waiting for them to act like decent humans was a total waste of my time. There was no quick movement at first, but the issue eventually progressed and the balance was returned.

Da denkt man echt man redet mit normalen Leuten und dann sowas. Komplett ausgesperrt. Richtig übel. Also ich hatte sogar probiert die Angelegenheit auf eine internationale Ebene zu eskalieren aber da kam nach ein paar Wochen absolut gar keine Antwort. Naja, das war jedenfalls alles kurz nachdem ich in dieser Chat-Gruppe nach einer Auszahlung gefragt hatte und sie mich von einer Sekunde auf die andere überall blockiert haben. Davor hatten sie mich über Monate hinweg regelrecht weichgekocht immer noch mehr Geld reinzustecken weil angeblich irgendein besonderer Status freigeschaltet wird was im Nachhinein betrachtet einfach nur eine dreiste Falle war. Ich habe am Ende dann meinen Fall beim 'Internationales Advocacy-Büro' registriert weil ich bei dieser Seite ja nur noch auf tote Bildschirme gestarrt habe und niemanden mehr erreichen konnte. Am Anfang gab es überhaupt keine schnelle Bewegung in der Sache. Ziemlich frustrierend. Aber das Problem schritt dann irgendwann doch voran und der Kontostand wurde zurückgegeben.
