Scheduling promises were not honored.
The main issue was repeated scheduling changes that contradicted earlier confirmations. Appointments were moved or delayed without proper notice, causing inconvenience and lost time. Attempts to get firm answers resulted in vague explanations instead of solutions. Reliability never improved, which made planning impossible. The experience ended with complete loss of confidence.
