Spent over $200 on an order and it was shipped by Better Trucks? Horrible service, they come too late and Osea’s customer service “Pearl” is a bot. No real person to help. Don’t know when my package will arrive. Better trucks is horrible.

I ordered the Undaria Algae™ Body Oil. It says it's light and leaves your skin with a dewy glow. I have dry skin, so pretty much everything sinks straight in to it. Not this stuff. I used it sparingly as indicated ' a little goes a long way', however, it just wouldn't sink in no matter what i did. It was terribly oily, and i had no choice but to take a flannel and try to wipe even more of it off. I only used a tiny bit! I even tried applying it to damp skin, after i got out the shower, which helped a bit, but that wasn't the instruction. I'll persevere with the whole damp skin thing for a bit and see how it goes, but it's deffo not as advertised.

Terrible customer service reps. Body hydrating and firming lotion set was like putting on water. Contacted the company to let them know they hadn't been good and they couldn't care less. They also blocked my review so those 5 star reviews are now sus. Not worth the money.

Osea Malibu should not make promises they are unable to honor. It's been over two weeks now, and I have still not received the products I ordered. I'm concerned as to whether this company is legit or not. I've been informed twice it will arrive the following day. I've yet to receive it. I wrote to them, and they said I should be patient. Their site states 3-7 business days. I'm beginning to wonder if maybe this is a scam? I am unable to review the products inasmuch as I have not received the products. So, for now, let's just say they may not want to make delivery promises they can't keep. Perhaps you should consider changing delivery companies if they are the ones holding orders up.

They won’t take the $10 holding fee off my account and it’s been 5 days. Emailed customer service multiple times. Never ordering from them again. I will call my bank

I love OSEA products. I'm obsessed with their facial care and body care products. Not only are the products amazing, but the company uses glass bottles rather than plastic.

So glad I tried the Salts of the Earth body scrub and Anti-Aging Body Balm. Both of these items do wonders for my skin without feeling too heavy or effect disappearing after use. Both smell natural and I can definitely tell the difference in my skin texture and glow.
