I never received the product that I ordered and have not been reimbursed

I feel silly for falling for this. The site listed Blanton's Bourbon at a price 50% lower than anywhere else. I bought it and never received a receipt in my email. I signed up for an account to track my order and never received an email confirming my account was created. The charge appeared on my bank as UNIVA *LAFISHOES XYZ. I emailed customer service twice and a generic response came from Services Customer at support@darkgreenstore. Nobody ever contacted me and there was no way for me to track my order on the site or anywhere in my emails. I reversed the charge and nobody has ever contacted me one week later. Coincidentally, I had a fraud alert on the same card 24 hours after the purchase and I had to close my debit card. I do not know if these are related, but this website is VERY shady. *Update! I had several other fraudulent charges now appear. DO NOT GIVE INFO TO THIS SITE!

No product or contact.

Prices too good to be true. Decided to avoid ordering because the site felt like a scam. I googled OSDE VACAY, LLC and noted the registered agent is male and no CEO names are listed on the state of CA LLC registration. Who are these two students? Why is there no phone number. The ‘business’ was formed in 12/2023. I was looking at a Fritz dress form which averages $230 and on here they sell it for $97. Yeah right. Buyer beware. Also note all the 5 star reviews are 1x reviewers and most people know you can buy reviews from foreign countries. Using a VPN they can easily say they’re in the US

This order didn’t ship. This company steals your money and never ships product.

Never received the order or shipping information?

I ordered a 24 case of fuel gel at a price of $89. With a $50 off coupon, I thought I was getting a great deal. At check out I saw a Paypal Icon & thought great. However, when I clicked on it, nothing happened. Not wanting to miss out on a great deal, I placed my order using a credit card. I became a little concerned when I did not receive an email confirming my order. A few days later, I received a email from my credit card company inquiring about a suspicious charge to my account. They reviewed my recent charges & I thought it odd that my fuel gel purchase never showed up on my card. Needless to say, that card was canceled. OSDAQ has not reached out saying my order has been placed on hold for payment, nor have I received my fuel gel. I can't say for certain that this company has anything to do with my fraudulent charges, but I'm thinking so.

No follow up after placing the order. PayPal says I've paid an individual "Rebecca Paul". Lists an address for the business in Oceanside California. They took my money, never confirmed the item as shipped. Observe that ALL the positive trustpilot reviews here, occur only on two dates in April of this year (2024), and all appear quite fake. I had PayPal refund my money and investigate. All the prices on their website are far too low. Also two transaction amounts. 100% SCAM, BEWARE.
