Pongo este comentario porque ya es la 2ª vez que me paro, después de muchas veces desde mi 1ª vez, y pienso lo mismo que muchos. La chica no maleducada pero sí prepotente y un poquito grosera. Además fui tonta al poner el comentario que me "obligó" a poner de ella. Lo pongo entre comillas porque si no hubiera querido no lo escribo, pero en ese momento que solo quería irme (ya 2 y no más), pues lo hice y me arrepentí al momento de poner una valoración que no sentía. Por eso, cómo ya no tengo el QR dónde escribí mi valoración lo modifico aquí.

Compré el 09 de mayo 2025 durante mi espera en el aeropuerto de Guadalajara, soy de CDMX, compré algunas cremas y un aparato para el area de los ojos que en tienda en linea está en 30,000 pesos mexicanos. El chico Fede, suuuuuuuper amable, e insistente (obvio) sali de ahí con un gasto de aproximadamente 24,000.00 todo bien, el aparato lo use solo un par de veces porque se me olvidaba o no tenía tiempo hasta que durante el.fin de semana del 10. De agosto intenté usar el aparato, lo cargue , no funcionó, intenté con otro cargador, y nada, ya nunca más encendió. Lo deje cargando el tiempo que dice el instructivo (1.5 h) y nada. Duro escasos tres meses, pero eso sí "Fede" me escribió días antes súper amable ofreciendo sus promociones (francamente si tenía intención de comprar, pero aún no sabía que),días después, cuando le escribí para decirle el problema, ni siquiera se tomó la amabilidad de leerme y responder. Escribí a atención a clientes y te dicen que vayas a dónde lo compraste con tu ticket (imagínate que hubieran pasado más dos años, ¿Quien va a conservar el tickets durante tanto tiempo?), ahora resulta que tendré que comprar un vuelo solo para ir a Guadalajara a devolver la porquería esa que por cierto está echo en china,asio dice. ¡Absurdo! Cuando le expliqué que fue en un aeropuerto que no es mi ciudad dijo que un supervisor me contactaría, cosa que no ha pasado y francamente no sucederá, apunto estuvo de comprar el aparato de 100,000 pesos para la cara. Compré un aparato por 700 pesos que uso casi diario y llevo casi el mismo tiempo de uso y ahí sigue. No tiren su dinero en productos de orogold cosmetics, ¡FRAUDE! ¡PESIMO SERVICIO Y PRODUCTO! ¡NO COMPREN AQUI.

Hello, I live in London, ON.I recently came to Canada. One day, while I was at the mall, I was forcibly pulled into a so-called Orogold Cosmetics, where they manipulated and make me bad about my skin and gave me some products. Even though I kept saying no, they used tactics to convince me, saying it's just trail for a month and it won't start billing until then and if I didn't like it, I could return it. After using the products once I got home, I started getting pimples and really worsen my face. So, I went to return them, and that’s when they told me that I had signed documents, saying that I had agreed to everything. Actually, they gave me a tab and told to fill my details such as my name, number and address followed by my signature in just a TAB. They told me that I had signed in physical documents which stated that I wouldn't be able to return the items. I was shocked because I never signed any documents. In these big malls, they are openly scamming people like this. Please let me know, if there is any solution for this!!

Anyone who feels they have been scammed by this company need to reach out to a lawyer and file a complaint with the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services. Many of this companies practices are illegal and punishable by law - at least they are in Ontario. Ontario Law Society can provide a free consultation regarding this company and the company they use for the loans.

I had bad experiences with them (Scarborough store). Whatever the managers gave that promotion never showed on paper to the customer to keep for the record. After I spent so much money, they changed the deals. Last week I asked to cancel my appointment and reschedule. The person didn't update the computer and told me that she couldn't reschedule, someone would call me to reschedule. I haven't gotten any call yet (5 days now). They are only nice to customers when they want them to buy their products. Their products are overpriced.
