Excellent g

I booked Disney wonderland tickets, but due to COVID in 2020 had to cancel the trip. Then I relocated to Canada I asked to refund by check as there is no option to utilize their credit voucher.they finally agreed after multiple discussion with customer care asked to wait for 3-6 weeks check to arrive here. After 6 weeks they are again saying they did not sent check and asking again to wait 3 to 6 weeks.this is embarrassing and also customer care doesn’t have information what account department does and they don’t have ETA also. There is no option other than waiting again. Hopefully they change their services and little bit respectful to customers and provide correct information.

We've waited two days for approval, site was down. But we got our tickets!
