Orion Metal ExchangeReviews of orionmetalexchange.com

I have bought precious metals several times from Orion and have found them to be very helpful and prompt in their service. They have always been able to answer any question I've asked and shipped my orders quickly. They've given me a little extra when my orders have been close to a discount.

Orion Metal Exchange is professional, responsive and customer focused, and I appreciate the transparency since they post their gold and silver prices on their website. Highly recommend if you are looking to place some of your portfolio into precious metals.

Jacob is knowledgeable, open and I was able to confirm his communications. I plan to do more business in the future with him.

The sales representative and IRA-rollover administrative staff were extremely courteous and helpful. I gave them a 5-star rating, because they made it clear that the customer's satisfaction is their priority.

Orion Metal Exchange is a excellent place to open a Gold Ira . Being a first time buyer of precious metals, made me a bit nervous . Jacob was the first person I talked to . Jacob has at least 20 years of experience. He explained to me in great detail of the process, what to buy, and what to expect . All my questions were answered and there were many , Orion metal does a great job and always follows up after you Gold Ira is started . The whole team their does a great job. Griselda does the Ira start up and guides you thru it . Emily does a follow up to make sure all things were done to your satisfaction. She also advises all new customers to call for anything that they still may have questions about.

This company is so great. I totally recommend Orion metal exchange. They’re so helpful and so amazing on what they do!

I had a miscommunication with my self-directed IRA where I received 595 silver coins instead of the value of the coins in cash. I did not know what to do with the coins. I did a google search and found Orion Metal Exchange. I contacted them via an online request and the very next day I received a phone call and had resolved my dilemma with the sale of my coins to Orion. It was the easiest and most pleasant experience. I would definitely do business with them again.
