I traded gold on the markets but had never owned physical precious metals. I did my research and decided to go with Orion. My agent was Jacob, he talked with me several times as I worked through my inhibitions. After several phone conversations I started the process. Getting things set up was a snap. Orion did the work I just had to watch. Once I decided what metals were right for me Jacob put the order in and a week later, I was notified that the order had been filled. When I turned 59 ½ I called Jacob and told him I wanted to take possession of my metals, he helped navigate that process. I received the order and got it in the bank with no issues. I think Orion Metals is a stand up company who I will trust in the future for any needs I may have.

They went the extra mile to insure my transfer from another IRA was smooth and no tax mistakes were made. It was important to have my funds transferred correctly and expediently. Tax time, corona virus and the stock market crash were all happening at the same time. Orion took the time to take care of little ol' me.
