My partner recently interviewed for a role that molly clark was recruiting for. He was encouraged to attend and even booked holidays to make himself available, as there was some pressure to get the process moving quickly. After completing two interviews and progressing to the next stage, he received no further updates. He followed up several times by leaving polite voice messages but received no response. I eventually called on his behalf and was told that the people responsible were on holiday and that no decision had been made. Since then, there has been complete silence ,no feedback, no courtesy call, nothing. Such a professional way of dealing with people :)) what a joke . clown fiesta there This level of communication is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After months without any response, it feels both disrespectful and inconsiderate of candidates’ time and effort. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this agency, especially her!

Awful company to work with. Very misleading information from management when you’re offered the role. They steal your salary and seem to make up rules as they go along. Not worth working for them at all

I was invited to a interview at a Gen 3 Systems in Farnborough Hampshire the company who asked me to attend was Orionelectrotech.com in Reading. I arrived for my interview 15 minutes before the appointment time. When I met my interviewer I was told that the interview had been cancelled and Ellie Jaworska had been told and she had told my interviewer that I had another job and cancelled my appointment. At this point I felt a bit put out and made to feel a fool. I am writing this review so you don't suffer the same fate. Not only is Orionelectech a worthless pile of well you know what I mean. They tell lies. this is proven by the fact I don't have a job and why would I turn up at a random time for a interview that was not going to happen I also asked if the job was still available I was told no. I have a phone with 2 numbers on different networks I have email. I had no missed calls on my phone no voice mail and no email and I did check my spam folder. So if you wanted to be treated like dirt and be messed about and have your time wasted and made to look like a fool. Orionelectech.com is the company for you is this failure of 1 person on systemic failure of the whole group if you want to treated in a professional manner with respect than avoid at all costs.
