I ordered 8 candles and 6 arrived broken. Called 3 times to a phone number that goes to vm, said they would call back, nothing. Sent a email, nothing. Good products but very,very poor customer service.

I ordered a bunch of stuff and the consignment arrived in good time from the United States. Everything was well packaged and as described. Nothing was damaged in transit. For customers outside of the US it would be best to order many thing at once as I did. It makes the whole process more worthwhile.
