Rick was amazing as an agent. He was helpful and patient as I explained what I needed completed. Give him a raise.

good fine and well

Review on the assistance by Claire. She was most helpful on arranging my flight tickets, for my upcoming trip to California, in an expeditiously and throughful, as well as amiable and courteous way.

Very helpful

Mike was very pleasant, easy to understand, explained all the options and was very entertaining and helpful. Very good experience. Thank you for your help, Mike.

Bruce, an Air Canada rep. for "organize my trip", helped me to no end. I became completely flustered when trying to book a flight for my sister and her granddaughter in order for them visit me. This man was patient, had an excellent tone at all times which permeated with understanding and kindness.

Great experience whit the best agent Franklin White. The best one
