We are very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience regarding any of our representatives. Paul has informed us that he tried to remedy the situation with no resolve. Cody has also reached out to you on Instagram to work something out. We do empathize and understand that paying someone for a service and expecting certain results that you do not get is very upsetting and we would love to discuss further with you and settle this offline. Thank you!

Greetings Justin, We are very sorry about the communication issue with your order. Maybe the campaign tracking email from Mike (our sales rep) landed in your spam folder. We see that you placed an order for your track, "Money" on June 22. Before we started the campaign, the track was on 4 playlists with a combined following of 4,500 users and the track had 22k streams. Once we started the campaign, by June 30th the track was added to 10+ playlists with a combined following of 250k+. The track now has over 65k total streams. Please see proof of playlisting via the spotontrack link here - https://www.spotontrack.com/tracks/79694768/playlists Please reach out to @ceocodypatrick on Instagram as well and he will make sure you are ultimately satisfied with your results.

Greetings BK, we are sorry that you ultimately were unhappy with our service even after receiving a full refund. A main thing to point out here is that you mentioned a personal network of playlist curators that you worked with as well. From experience we have seen when a client works with multiple companies and gets added to a ton of playlists all at once, some streaming platforms flag this extra new activity and send a message of "suspected streaming fraud." However, that does not mean that had anything to do with our service specifically. There is no way to ultimately determine the reason for your songs being removed other than the fact that the streaming platform's automated system flagged the song. If our service included bots, then all of the thousands of songs we have worked on would also experience the same issues. We see now that your song is actually still on Spotify and all of the streaming stats are shown on the platform (1M+ streams). If the song was actually truly flagged for streaming fraud the song would not be allowed on the platform. We definitely understand your frustration, but we also find this review a bit harsh considering the situation. We hope all is well and take care.
