I bought the mini oreo packenge with six oreos in each i then opened one of the bags, AND THERE WERE ONLY 5?!?!!!! I’m not happy Oreo

I have been eating oreo cookies my entire life. But I refuse to buy one more package of these garbage laden cookies ever again. Once they started using Bioengineered food products in their cookies they sealed their fate. Most people don't realize the significance of Bioengineering, but there are more and more people waking up and researching. All I can say is Oreo you made a critical decision to use bioengineered ingredients in your cookies. A decision someday you will regret. People, wake up and demand ALL food companies to quit putting poison in our food.

DO NOT BUY THEM! Color of the sprinkles and the print is poison - after one bite , I could not wash off of toddlers fingers for days. Bad print of the photos on cookies, smashed something not even visible. Taste is not the same. For 20 cookies we paid $100 and it took them forever to send, party was long over before they got to us. Don't waste you money on this - bad bad bad. Just bad....

Ordered custom cookies. Got verified order number. Called after 3 weeks, they see the order but unsure why it was not filled. Terrible customer service. Never mind they were for a birthday, customer service even said how nice they looked for the event. Never mind we won't get them in time. Don't order from them!!

I place my order in time for Father's Day it's still not here and does not appear that it will be here in time! I called customer service and I listen to a woman for over 32 minutes speak of racial, slavery and gay people in her family. She did not know i was on the phone listening! No wonder my order is lost

They advertise for custom Oreos for a certain holiday, but refuse to fill the order in time, with 2 full weeks in advance to do it.

Can get no info on my order placed on 5/24/24. Will never order ever again . Horrible customer service. Do not order!

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. If I were thinking about ordering I would pay complete attention to all the negative reviews that you read. The expectations that the company implies and the attention to detail tgat their advertising makes it seem they do are way way way off. Customer service does not return calls as they say they will follow up and do. I’m completely disappointed all around with this company. The way they advertise, had me so excited and I was so proud to be doing something like this for my daughter. I was so build up and now I feel so devastated with the results and treatment of how the company, simply didn’t handle it or actually care about my issue. Be very cautious with choosing to order from this company. People do not look to purchase things like this, that are looking to be disappointed or looking to complain or have an issue. I honestly feel if someone presents an issue to the company, they should make every effort they can to make it right. Instead of come up with every excuse to brush the issue off.
