Terrible experience I had ordered $1,000 worth of paint supplies for automotive and I thought at the time it'd be a good idea to get order protection to make me feel better about the area that I live in well the package got delivered but 5 minutes after it was delivered it was stolen off of my porch my neighbor's witnessed it I've been in contact with their emails denied my claim it's a waste of money and frankly it's a scam I am just going to dispute the charges on my credit card try to do it through their order protection very unprofessional will never use again

If you’re thinking about paying extra for Order Protection at checkout: DON'T. Save your $5 and buy an iced coffee instead, because this company offers a placebo service. I paid for their protection on a $184 order. When my package arrived, it was a literally empty, sealed cardboard box. Thankfully, I took a timestamped, continuous unboxing video of me cutting the tape and opening an empty box, plus high-res photos. Bulletproof evidence, right? Wrong. They ignored my emails for a week, refused to update my contact info when I lost access to my email, and stonewalled me. When I finally told them I was filing a chargeback with my bank because they were refusing to do their one job, they miraculously replied hours later with a generic template denying my claim, stating it 'didn't meet requirements' and vaguely accusing me of sending 'misleading information.' They didn't investigate anything; they just closed the ticket the second they realized my bank was taking the money back anyway. My bank (Citi) instantly refunded me because the proof was undeniable. Order Protection is a scam that collects your premium and ghosts you when you actually need them. You are better off relying on your credit/debit card's fraud department. Avoid at all costs.

I had an order and I was told to file police report and I did a MS they told me they needed a different one which confused m all I ordered was shipping protection for my order idk why I have to do a bunch of little things. Wouldn’t recommend
