Keep clear of "OCS Hosting Service"! No refund, hidden fees, undeclared limitations of disk space and traffic, etc. You start lose your money even without getting any service whatsoever.

For the sake of transparency, I needed to paste the conversation our team had with you here. ===================== On Friday 26th March at 06:09, the Migration team gave you this after you requested for migration: I was able to access your source server. The thing is that it exceeds our 5GB migration limit for trial accounts. Your data as it stands currently is over 20GB and your bandwidth usage over 22GB this month. ===================== The account team followed up after you asked for refund: I've gone through your earlier ticket with our migration team. What the technical analyst pointed out was because we do not take advantage of customers. He gave you the options so you can better understand how things work before we proceed with the deployment. We do not do refunds. Not for trials or for any service we provide. The $0.50 you paid was a payment validation process which was stated on our trial landing pages. The order is not yet canceled but not yet accepted or deplpyed. What I can do (if OK with you ) is to go ahead and enable the order. Our team can install WordPress for you but you and your developer will have to handle the migration process. If this Is alright with you, please let us know.
