First and foremost, we do put a lot of effort into verifying the ladies registered with us. We do also have different departments that make sure our standards are met on a daily basis. If we find out that any kind of violation of our Rules took place, we will take measures immediately. We do not pay the validated members for communication with other users and prohibit our Regional Partners to do so. If we find out that the user is paid by the Partner for communication on his/her behalf, we fine the Partner and immediately delete the user’s profile. Nevertheless, as we see in our system you were already informed by our Billing Department that your refund was made on Jan 2 and it might take up to 30 business days and in case you haven’t received the refund in 30 days - please contact your bank. That is correct that, initially, we inform our members about 7 business days, as usually banks process refunds during this period. Nevertheless, everything depends on the bank that you can freely contact in order to discuss this situation. We also have to remind you that in our Terms of Use (para.3a), that you accepted during the registration stays: "Payments for the credits are charged in the US dollars unless you see another currency sign on the payment page.".
