A complete scam, stay away. You're looking at beautiful women with their photos taken by a professional, you don't see any natural photos and you get offers from women quicker than you can keep up to them. When receiving your first message they even talk about coming to live with us and holding hands. It's just too fake. One time I sent a message and as soon as I had sent it I got a reply as if it was automated. And don't get me started on the price of it. 50 credits to watch a video, the equivalent of €7.50. Get real and stay well away

Orchid romance is a social platform? Are you kidding me? Who has thousands to spend just to talk to women you'll never meet? Jesus are these people stupid? You can easily run up a thousand bucks on these sites in a week or less! Just like Asian Date, Asia Me, and so many others that the owners of these unscrupulous sites just start up a new one when word gets around that these are rip off sites! A social platform as we know it here in the US does not charge by the minute to talk to someone, charge for each letter read, and letter replied to. This is a bogus dating site and I'll prove it! I have gotten messages from two women located in Shanghai where the government has locked down practically the whole population causing people to starve to death and even commit suicide! Now how is some Chinese woman under those circumstances going to be trying to get me to visit or for herself to travel to me under such government oppression? No way! Just another way that the site scams the male members! Take my word for it even the photos of the women are photoshopped! Stay away keep your hard earned money!

Terrible customer service
They say review of your profile only takes 72 hours to get certified. Mine took 96 only to get rejected since they said my selfie was not good enough. The picture was from web camera and was totally clear. I thin asked them to delete my profile which they never have done.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. Constant nickel and diming to talk and post photos and videos. Bombarded by messages and emails from 20 and 30 something girls pretending to be interested in an old toad like me. I did find a woman but had to communicate with her on another site because her chat stopped working. Not video chat apps allowed in China. You don't even know if any of these women even have the means or intetion of traveling to meet you. Customer service is robotic and unhelpful and arrogant. Asked to have my profile deleted but they refused until l sent them pics of personal identification documents and a statement that I wouldn't bring any legal action against them. Reluctantly, I sent them and they just keep asking for them over and over again. I wish I would have checked trust pilot before getting involved. You have been warned.

It should be noted that the age settings in the profile are not restrictive. They only inform the users that this is the age range you'd like to get. They do not forbid users of other ages to send you messages or attachments, however, you can block the particular users from writing to you or you may ignore their messages.
We know that this amount of chat invitations can be a little frustrating but for now, we don`t have the feature of limiting the chats requests. We will send the feedback to our Development Team. Maybe, they will come up with something in the future.
