Dear Jose, Please note that our website is an online-international communication platform. We provide our members with a fast and convenient environment to connect with new people. Each user has different intentions on the website, but the primary focus is communication, not dating. Some people may send messages to set up an initial contact, so the amount of chat invitations can be quite impressive. I do share your concerns and I realize that trusting someone you talk to is crucial for you. From our side, we have done everything to make the platform safe.  We are building a secure platform where we try to make sure the person on the other side of the screen is real and interested in communication. To do so, we have arranged communication with Regional Partners worldwide so they could assist with the registration of the members from their countries. Passing the verification in person is more trustworthy since the member will be interviewed eye to eye. If you've found somebody not trustworthy enough, you are welcome to specify the ID of the member and explain what made you think the person is not the one she/he pretends to be. We will immediately review this case with our Investigation team. We will be more than happy to assist you in case of any additional questions. Please contact us via [email protected] Respectfully, OrchidRomance Customer Support

Dear Marty, Thank you for placing your review! We would like to draw your attention to the fact that one of the main benefits of our communication platform is that it is not required to pay to become a user and create an account. Also, you can easily browse profiles, check chat messages and view profile pictures of other users for free. Moreover, there is no need to pay for a monthly/annual subscription in order to use all the benefits. You only pay for the services you are provided with. You get to choose the services that are of your interest and control your spending on those. However, in order to view personal photos or chat with our validated members, you will need to be a regular member and purchase credits. You can choose among various packages and try the cheapest ones in order to understand how our project really works. We will be glad to assist you in case of any additional questions. Please contact us via [email protected] if any assistance is needed. Respectfully, OrchidRomance Customer Support

Dear Clive, Thanks a lot for submitting your feedback! It is a pity to hear, such a negative comment, however, we would like to let you know that we have never scammed anyone and we are not eager to do it with our customers, because our customers are our priority. Also please note that  our validated members are real and verified. We try to make sure that all the validated members are interested in communication with other members of the website. For this purpose, we introduced the difficult procedure of verification steps for them. All of the members consciously made their decision to verify and register their accounts on the website to communicate with penfriends they find here and move forward beyond the platform if everything is going well. Our validated members are not paid and they do not receive any commission from the website, because they all act from their end. Please take into consideration, that we do not reduce the credits if the member is not active on the website. We charge only for the options of communication that the members use only. Also, we do not have a technical chance to edit the messages that are sent. So you might be sure that the information that you sent will be dispatched to your recipient without any changes. However, if you have any doubts, please contact us directly. We would like to inform that our member personal data security level is at its highest, besides, our entire system is protected by TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3 protocols which play important role as encryption protocols intended to keep data secure when being transferred between you and our service networks. Another feature that highlights our position among other platforms is that we constantly scan our system algorithms and networks for security measure and liability, also we are using CloudFlare systems which guarantee data transfer security and generates a strong defense against breach attempts. Should you have any additional questions, please contact us via [email protected] email at any time. Best regards, Orchidromance Customer Support

Dear Jason, Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns and feedback with us! Please be informed that we strive to provide every member with a reliable and secure space for online communication where honesty and transparency are our primary focus. We do not tolerate violations such as scam so we always do our best to make sure that our members follow the terms of our platform. It happens that some banks are worried about the safety of their customers and sometimes they may take additional precautions before they approve certain transactions for different online platforms they are not familiar with. On the other hand, it is a standard procedure to request additional confirmation from the customer in some cases and that does not indicate that the platform itself is not legitimate. Unfortunately, we do not have your contact information in order to check your account and understand what happened exactly. If you have any specific questions - please contact us via [email protected]. Kind regards, OrchidRomance Customer Support

Dear Warren, Hello and thanks for finding time to submit your review. First of all, I'd like to draw your attention to the fact, that our platform is completely legitimate, as we work in accordance with international law. Yes, we carefully approve all the members to be registered on our website. Our members’ profiles are not confirmed unless we verify their ID and background. Our regional partners make sure that there are no bogus profiles, that the member you look at in the profile pictures is the person you are corresponding with (such profiles have a label “Validated member”). However, we do not pay the members for communication with users and prohibit our Regional Partners to do so. If we find out that the member is paid by the Partner for communication on her/his behalf, we fine the Partner and immediately delete the member’s profile. Should you have any questions, please contact us via [email protected] Best regards, OrchidRomance Customer Support
