Realtor neglect
My husband and I are both military Air Force vets who have traveled around the world bought and sold homes throughout the years in different states Orchard has been a complete disappointment ethically and just a human factor of communication when dealing with a realtor. We sold one home through Orchard in June 2026 we received a credit that was given by our realtors management because he did not represent us correctly when it came to the sale of our home. We also are building a home with Orchard. My husband and I have not heard from this particular realtor since early June 2026. We have been doing all of the legwork and communication with the loan officer ourselves. We did not find out that we still had a realtor with Orchard until he called two days ago because we’re having problems with the lending officer. Make that make sense!!! Right it doesn't!!! I had tried to contact Orchard eight times by phone an email asking to speak with this particular realtors supervision. I’ve got no response. Considering Orchard cannot respond to their customer who sold and built a house with their company. I will make sure to let every military veteran I meet and every United States Post Office employee I work with no to not do business with this company.
