Matsato knifes are the best.
Website is a little confusing at first, but once you get in and figure it out very easy to use. These knifes are great quality and come very sharp. Easy to use right out of the box, easy to cut and chop with, also very easy to clean. They also look great and are a conversation starter. I recommend them to everyone who is looking for a new knife.
